I received the following account:
"Hello, Sir. I have not seen or encountered any humanoids (or whatever you call them) but I have heard stories about sightings.
About a dozen years ago my cousins were heading back home from a casino in Oklahoma. They hadn’t been drinking or anything like that, however it was late at night. They came up to the inspection of Oklahoma Highway 183 at the Texas border to turn and get on Highway 287 to Vernon Texas.
As they were approaching the intersection they noticed an animal-like creature crouched in the bar ditch. When they got closer the creature stood up on two legs, turned and looked at them, and then ran off into the brush. They described it as a white, hairless human-like being. My cousin would get goosebumps and tear up when she told the story.
My mother-in-law has a similar story that happened about 20 years ago. She was driving a charter bus for the elderly, bringing them back from a trip to New Mexico. So she had about six elderly ladies with her. She was on a back road just right at dawn, when one of the ladies said “What is that?” And sure enough when they got closer (they thought it was a deer, coyote, etc) it stood up on two legs like a human and ran off into the woods. My mother-in-law and two other ladies saw it. She said she definitely didn’t do the speed limit the rest of the way home. This was in a very rural area around Daugherty, Texas." G
