They saw and filmed something strange in the lake: "Around there the Nahuelito came to say goodbye to the Flecha del Plata"
It was yesterday (Tuesday, February 4, 2024), around 4 PM local time, just before the wind picked up, the lake was a mirror, as if a huge rock had been thrown. There was no wake. It was 20 meters from the coast as if the Nahuelito had gone to say goodbye to the Flecha, imagine if it would know it.”
This was recounted on Wednesday by Fernando, a neighbor who filmed a strange sighting in the Nahuel Huapi, at the height of the Varadero de Parques, where it remained half sunken since the attempt on Saturday to take it ashore to scrap it.
In conversation with Primera Mañana, Fernando admitted that he does not believe much in the existence of the Nahuelito, but he is sure that he saw and recorded the image of something strange on the surface of the lake, which was not caused by a person, boat, or an object.
“The lake was well flattened. I don’t know if we saw the Nahuelito, but it was surely what people call Nahuelito. We were at home, in front of the Varadero, right where the Flecha del Plata is. It was like a stain coming out of the lake, with a lot of movement around it. But nothing caused that movement, there was no boat or anything like that,” he described in conversation with Primera Mañana de Radio Seis.
He added that it seemed as if “a large rock had fallen but upside down.”
“You can see a black stain of something, what we filmed is not seen as much as before we started filming. From the Nahuelito to a school of fish, it was something, not produced by man or an object,” he added.
He recalled that when he was a child and was walking with his family along the Costanera, they stopped next to a group of people looking at the lake. “Yesterday my mother told me that it was the same thing we filmed,” he said.
