BLUE-EYED, BIPEDAL HUMANOID Reported in Northeast Illinois (PHOTO)

Phantoms & Monsters Fortean Research team member Rob Shaw forwarded the following commentary and photos of an unknown creature taken by a friend in Illinois.

Rob tells me that a friend in a small Illinois town, about 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, has been experiencing great activity with Bigfoot and cryptid canines. The witness forwarded and sent him a photo of the creature, which is humanoid and bipedal, according to the witness' earlier observations. The creature was peering from the bushes near her residence. She was then able to capture the photo. The eyes, in Rob's words, "Man, it’s the wildest and most bizarre thing I’ve seen in a long time!"

NOTE: Below is the photo and enlargement. The blue eyes intrigue me. At first glance, it appears to be feline, but the witness maintains that this is a humanoid and moves bipedally. I have received reports of blue-eyed winged humanoids from the region previously, especially in southeastern Wisconsin. I wonder if there is a connection in any way? Lon
