'ANTLERMAN!' Possible 'NOT DEER' Reported in the Huntsville, Alabama Area! (SKETCH)

"As he is driving, he thinks he sees a deer heading towards him. As he sees it more clearly, it turns out it's on 2 legs, has antlers, and is running towards him!"

I recently received the following information:

"Hi, Lon. There have been sightings in the area where I live for almost a decade. Have you heard of this? I was talking to a workmate and he told me a story that happened to him several years ago.

He was driving around 10:00 at night on a kind of secluded road in a suburb of the city of Huntsville, Alabama. There are woods on both sides of this road. As he is driving, he thinks he sees a deer heading towards him. As he sees it more clearly, it turns out it's on 2 legs, has antlers, and is running towards him. He got the hell out of there! He told me he hadn't driven down that road since then.

He said it was mostly dark in color, it was running pretty fast towards him from the side, so he slammed on his brakes to try to avoid it. As soon as it gets close to his headlights it "disappears!" He still has nightmares about it.

I have heard of similar stories in the same general area. Some people are referring to it as 'Antlerman.' What are people seeing?" H

NOTE: I have received many odd reports from central and northern Alabama over the years. In fact, some of the Phantoms & Monsters Fortean Research team have been investigating cryptid canine and Bigfoot reports, many have been along US 59 and south of Birmingham, as well as in and around the Coosa Wildlife Management Area.
