A family buys a foreclosure house in Fairbanks, Alaska, but soon finds out that the purchase was no bargain. The activity was extreme and unexplained.
I received the following account:
"About 6 years ago, I bought a house that was a foreclosure in Fairbanks, Alaska. When we moved in the house just had weird vibes, nothing too crazy but just felt off. We got it for a steal, so we decided that we just needed to get used to a new place.
It wasn’t long before my then 3-year-old son started asking us to, “Tell the man in the hat he can’t look at me anymore.” He asked us, "Why did Daddy have red eyes?”
Turns out he was seeing someone standing in his doorway at night and staring at him. Later on, we would start hearing conversations from the office downstairs. When we would investigate, the voices would stop as soon as the door opened. The conversations were more murmur than actual words but had inflection that made you believe that two people were having a heated argument.
When we would sit in the basement (I had converted it into a theater) we would hear walking upstairs and more voices.
Doors would slam and one snowy day we heard the door to the garage slam, steps on the landing, and then nothing. I went to investigate with my pistol in hand as our neighbors were suspected heroin dealers and found a wet boot print on the landing. Just one. All the doors were locked and the garage was dry.
The kicker was the night my wife got grabbed. I was sitting in the living room and she had gone to bed to read. I heard her scream and react as if she thought I had snuck into the room and grabbed her thigh. It’s not unlike me to do such a thing, however, when she heard the Lazy Boy recliner move, and I scrambled toward her, she knew she had been grabbed.
We found writing in the walls during construction and the writing consisted of full daily journal entries from when the house was built. Personal entries documenting what happened on a specific day.
We soon moved out of the house and put it up for sale!" D
