A woman and her mother were traveling on Highway 101 near Kalaloch, Washington when she observed a 4-foot-long glowing white manta ray-shaped UAP with a ribbon-like tail.
This report was forwarded to me:
"This happened back in the Summer of 2017 just south of Kalaloch, Washington within the Olympic Peninsula on Highway 101. Me and my mother were heading home from checking out the beaches that were a bit north of Kalaloch. We’ve been there all day since it was her first time seeing an actual beach in Washington state. Anyways, it was nearing dusk so we decided to get on the move and start heading back south to Puyallup. Now, if anyone has ever been to Washington, let alone any forests in the state, one would know that the forests here get dark and they can certainly remove any light in a matter of minutes. I was driving and she was in the passenger seat (she was wide awake). The time was about 8:00 pm at night and there was barely any traffic on the roads in that area.
While I’m driving, coming from the left of my point of view in the sky maybe about I’d say anywhere from 6-8 feet in front of me but in the sky. It had to be close because I could make out the details pretty well, but there was this flying object that I’d never seen before. Firstly, it flew effortlessly and had a serene flow to it, almost like the way water moves in a bamboo water fountain, but it was moving up and down just slightly while flying to the right of my point of view. The weird part about it was that since it was nighttime already this object had a glittery whiteish glow to it that the dark background of the sky added emphasis to. It was 4 feet in length and the body of this object was built like a manta ray, but a smaller-medium sized manta ray. The tail of it was like a wavy ribbon that was circular-shaped at its ending. While this thing was flying I heard no noise at all. I know it couldn’t have been an owl because of that weird tail. I passed it and looked out of my rearview mirror and still could see this object flying.
Still to this day, I have no clue as to what it was. Also, while this thing flew I could tell that it had a purpose. The eyewitness that was there confirmed she saw exactly what I saw. Also, when I saw this thing I wasn’t scared, but I didn’t want to see it again." H
