The witness and his friends were in a local playground late at night just hanging out. Then, a black Jeep-like vehicle shined intense headlights on the group. There are other strange details.
I received the following account:
"This happened sometime in Feb of 2017. I and 5 of my friends were at a local elementary school playground at around 10:00 pm. We were just bored teenagers who had nothing better to do but hang around at a local park. We weren't doing anything bad, but we could've been a little loud at times.
Since it was around 10:00 pm, it was pitch black outside. But then suddenly, it turned bright as day. I turned around, and in one of the driveways of a house across the street from the school, there was a black Jeep-like car that had gigantic headlights and was making an insanely loud noise. We instinctively ran away, but as we ran the car left the driveway and started going into the parking lot we were running towards. A few of my friends were ahead, but the car drove right up to me and one of my friends when we were in the parking lot. We stopped in front of it because we still thought it could've just been some weird undercover cop car or whatever. The gigantic lights on top of the car were still on. The car was about 10 feet away from me and stayed there for a few seconds. Due to the bright lights, I couldn't make out the exact details, but I saw a woman-like figure in the driver's seat with chest-length straight brown hair sitting in the driver's seat. The inside of her car looked like there were a lot of computers or bright tech gear in it, but I couldn't make out the exact details. I noticed that the car looked nothing like any other car I'd seen before. Not only because of the huge lights on top of the car, but it looked like some weird blend of a Jeep with an SUV or something. I awkwardly waved at the driver since I really didn't know what to do. After a few seconds, she zoomed out of the parking lot and drove away down a side street.
I'm bringing this up now because I recently told this story to a friend, and he speculated that it is most likely the government keeping tabs on citizens. We all assumed that it was just some weird, high-tech neighborhood watch guy who was just making sure that we weren't doing anything wrong at the park. He stated that it was either the CIA, NSA, or Homeland Security, and said that it was most likely Homeland Security since the CIA and NSA apparently can't do something like this to a citizen while the Department of Homeland Security doesn't have to "show" themselves in a situation like this. The most interesting thing he said was that it might have been a "behavioral" experiment to see how US citizens would react to something like that, which would explain why they approached us without saying anything to us.
Also, I can't find anything about this on the internet. I want to know if anyone has had similar experiences. I can't find anything about the giant lights on top of the car. They were about as wide as the car, on the roof of the car, and insanely bright. I can't find any similar experiences on the internet, so I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. If you had a similar experience, please describe it to me. I want to know why this happened. It's very eerie, I can't find anything about it, and I can't find out anything about it.
