A Canadian Armed Forces Technician is driving at night near Cultus Lake, BC when he encounters a Sasquatch feeding on a deer carcass. The incident deeply frightened the soldier.
I received the following account:
"This happened to me while I was completing my Canadian Armed Forces Medical Technician Primary Care Paramedic portion in Chilliwack, British Columbia in 2011. I am going to keep this short.
Around late spring of 2011, I was driving a rented old Ford Bronco around Cultus Lake, I was just coming around the sharp bend on the road that heads around the lake, right before you get up to the small farm community on the CAN-US border. It was about 0230 and I noticed a deer in the middle of the road. I thought to myself, "The poor thing must have been hit." So I continued on for my little excursion.
I turned around at the bend and headed back along the border back to the main road this drive almost nightly. I came around the turn completely forgetting about the deer until I saw it.
Thick dark brown/black fur-eating the deer carcass. Whatever it was turned and looked me square in the eyes. It glared at me, black eyes, no sclera just the reflection of the truck's lights it wasn't staring at the high beams, it knew where I sat, my blood pressure spiked immediately and the tinnitus began to grow louder. This was fear, this was true fear, I had never experienced this before. It picked up the deer by its throat and stood up, it was taller than the vehicle and walked off into the woods towards the mountain.
I rolled forward and rolled down the window and dimmed the lights in the cab. It was still looking at me. The smell of death, yeah it was death, by that time I was used to the smell. It made a sound to this day I cannot forget, a deep vocal warning, low and loud. Needless to say, I got out of there as fast as I could.
What did I see? Anyone familiar with the area who has seen something or heard something similar?" K
NOTE: Mmm. Seems that this soldier encountered a Sasquatch. Lon

MOTHMAN - CHICAGO & WORLDWIDE - WHERE WILL IT APPEAR? | Join Us For LIVE CHAT (REAL WITNESS REPORTS)
The presence of winged humanoids is as old as the human imagination. Still, after reading and listening to hundreds of eyewitness accounts over the past four decades, I have concluded that these beings are much more than fantasy.
The Chicagoland winged humanoid sightings phenomenon is the largest since the Mothman encounters in the vicinity of Point Pleasant, WV during 1966-67. Those sightings have become legendary, namely because the Mothman was seen as a harbinger of catastrophe, after the collapse of the Silver Bridge on the evening of December 15, 1967. The bridge spanned the Ohio River between Point Pleasant, WV, and Ohio and the disaster took the lives of 46 people.
The fact that most people started to refer to the Chicago sightings as a ‘Mothman’ is understandable. As with all winged humanoid sightings and encounters before and after the Mothman of Point Pleasant events, there may be a chance that these variously described beings could be related in some way or another. Are these winged humanoids the progeny of the Mothman? I believe there is a connection, even though that information eludes us.
I have examined the witness accounts and the investigators’ thought processes throughout the investigation. It’s a work in progress, but we are still determined to find the truth.
I have assembled an interesting group of winged humanoid & Mothman reports that defy most rational explanations. Listen to the accounts and form your opinions.
