"My friend Shannon sent me this recording from Western North Carolina. These occurred for a couple of weeks in October. I live in the northeastern tip of Tennessee and I notice these (Bigfoot) are around here mid to late Fall usually October through December. I'm about 15 minutes from the Appalachian Trail.

I saw them (Bigfoot) a couple of times, one standing beside the road one morning and two in my backyard at about 4:40 am as I left work. There isn't enough light to get a good photo or video. That's why they're so hard to capture on camera. Not only are they rare they are nocturnal too."
Derek, who is of Cherokee descent, comments on the native interpretation of Bigfoot and the lore within the Cherokee Nation. All of this can be heard in the video.
