I recently received a video from an Ottawa, Ontario, Canada resident of an apparent craft that appeared over the city on June 2, 2021. The UFO appears to remain stationary for the most part but changes in intensity and possibly changes shape.

There are several minutes of recorded video that includes commentary of the witness.
Historically, there have been substantial UFO sightings around the Ottawa, Ontario area, including USO accounts coming from the Ottawa River.
