The video was recorded in June 2016 in Kern County, California. The bipedal being, supposedly a Sasquatch, was seen on a hill or bluff adjacent to a highway.

The walking motion is interesting, almost like it was 'gliding even though the movement of the legs was apparent in the video. If you look closely there appears to be a light blinking nearby. I'm not sure if this has any relevance to the being but it is an anomaly.
Kern County, California is well-known for Sasquatch activity, as reported to BFRO.
