In the past he has been a successful businessman as well as an economic advisor to former Los Angeles Mayor Sam Yorty. Presently he is serving his fifth four-year term of office as a Referee for the Superior Court of California.In 1979, while on a business trip to San Francisco he had an incident involving a ghost that completely changed his life. This started almost forty years of research into the paranormal. His research and critical examination of people claiming to have lived before has resulted in his unequivocal belief that when our bodies die...our consciousness survives and, whether we call it an “Immortal Soul” or an “afterlife”, our minds and thoughts will continue to live far beyond the time our bodies are sent to the grave.
Stephen recently wrote a 14-part essay for 'Phantoms & Monsters' titled 'Live... Die... and Live Again' which produced many favorable reviews from the readers.
