Statement: Since approximately 1980, a secret international space fleet code named 'Solar Warden' has been in operation.
In 2010, UFO investigator Darren Perks submitted a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request with the U.S. Dept. of Defense...which yielded the following response:
"About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.
I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates and I'm waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other division. Did NASA refer you to us?"
When Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of "non-terrestrial officers" and "fleet-to-fleet transfers" and a secret program called 'Solar Warden', he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed "the biggest military computer hack of all time", and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy's Space Fleet. To date the extradition of McKinnon to the U.S. has gone nowhere.
McKinnon also found out about the ships or craft within 'Solar Warden'. It is said that there are (approx.) eight cigar-shaped craft (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small 'scout ships'. The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's Space Operations Division (SNWSC-SO) [formerly Naval Space Command] headquartered on the Atlantic coast. There are approximately 300 personnel involved at that facility, with the figure rising.
Solar Warden is said to be made up from U.S. aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some contributions of parts and systems by Canada. United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. It is also said that the program is tested and operated from secret military bases such as Area 51 in Nevada, USA.
Many people around the world are witnessing craft moving around in the skies and sub-space that completely defy gravity. Whether they are part of the Solar Warden secret program, military experimental aircraft or not, thousands of people know what they see.
After a bit of research, one part of the Space Fleet's mission is to prevent rogue countries or terrorist groups from using space from which to conduct warfare against other countries or fire from space on Earth-bound targets.
A second part of Earth's Space Fleet mission is to prevent rogue global-elite control groups from using orbital weapons systems, including directed-energy beam weapons, to intimidate or attack anyone or any group it wishes in order to bend them to its will. Because the Space Fleet has the job of being 'space police' within our solar system, its program has been named 'Solar Warden'.
The growing number of sources, including whistleblower and expert testimonies, point to the existence of a highly classified antigravity space program that can place hundreds of military astronauts in space. NASA’s steady decline since its Apollo heyday has nothing to do with the competence and expertise of NASA personnel. The political reality is that highly compartmentalized military programs prevent advanced antigravity technologies into the public sector for commercial application.
You can question if this information is mere fantasy, but I go back to the deathbed confession of Dr. Ben R. Rich, the former Lockheed Skunk Works director. He stated there are 2 types of UFOs...the ones we build and ones 'they' build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual "hand-me-downs." The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon "purge", administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector.
He also stated that all 'biomorphic' aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft...from Kelly's SR-71 Blackbird onward to today's drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft.
Ben Rich believed that the public should not be told about UFOs and extraterrestrials. His opinion was that they could not handle the truth...ever. Only in the last months of his life and physical decline did he begin to feel that the 'international corporate board of directors' dealing with the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrials could represent a bigger problem to citizens' personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.
I'm sure that this is not going to be my last mention of this 'Solar Warden' program. There seems to be some connection between this research and other phenomena, anomalies and intrusive technology experienced by people every day. Lon
