Unknown Cloud Seen from Space Station
Back in October 2013, an astronaut from Italy, Luca Parmitano, put some very strange photographs upon his account at Twitter which had been taken from the International Space Station. They showed what appeared to be some sort of unknown cloud that was rising directly above the horizon of the Earth at twilight, the types of man-made clouds that usually appear after rockets have been shot off.
What is so weird about this is that there were no planned launches by NASA because of the government shutdown or from any United States commercial spaceflight corporation. Europe and Russia neither one had announced any scheduled launches at that time as well. Nevertheless, there was something that got fired up into space.
Another picture showed what appeared to be a curved trail of a white smoky tail, this being water vapor and exhaust which is made by a rocket going through the atmosphere. There were strange designs created after being pounded by high elevation winds. Then Parmitano showed another picture of the cloud and that seemed to be caused by the rocket crumbling over the Earth.
Mike Hopkins, who is a NASA astronaut, and is stationed on the ISS, also tweeted his observation of the clouds, and stated that he saw something being launching up into space. He said he was not sure what it was but that the clouds it left behind were amazing.
To see some sort of unexpected rocket being launched outside their window had to be unsettling for the ISS team. Did they ever discover what the rocket actually was?
It is believed that Strategic Rocket Forces in Russia had a successful secret trial takeoff of a Topol/SS-25 missile. The rocket was sent up from Kapustin to the Shagan trial area located in Kazakhstan. Conferring to a representative of the Rocket Forces, the experiment was used to check characteristics of the Topol rocket, and to check the systems of the Sary Shagan test site.
This missile is the newest addition to Russia’s military fleet, and it is the first international airborne missile to be developed after the disbanding of the Soviet Union. Intercontinental missiles are used as nuclear weapon delivery systems, and are able to be launched into space and deliver their payloads over thousands of miles away.
According to the Information Telegraph Agency in Russia, various news agencies reported the test was needed to make sure of the stability of the performance characteristics of this class of missile during the extension of its life, preparation of its various measuring systems, and the testing of warheads of ballistic missiles.
The news reports also said the missile test was a triumph, that the practice target they aimed at in Kazakhstan was hit. So it does appear that the cloud encounter was produced by the disintegration of the top part of the Topol’s rocket.
The trouble is that this is a notice to everyone that even though World Space Week had just ended, a festivity which marks the anniversary of the signing of the Outer Space Treaty which banned the militarization of space, that human beings still are testing the transfer apparatuses for weapons of mass destruction, even as the peaceful civilian ISS watch from their windows and can do nothing when they happen to notice clouds of unknown origin coming into existence right in front of their eyes. - GuardianLV

Lansdale, PA - 4/10/1996 - unedited: I would like to start off by saying this event happened in 1996. The past five years have been a nightmare for me. Im completly stressed out and desperate need help. I force my self to stay awake till the sun comes up. I wont sleep in bedrooms anymore. I have to make sure all windows and doors are locked. All the lights in my house are on at all times. When Im in a room I find myself always towards the corner so I have vantage points.It is effecting my whole life and Im at the point where Im emotionally spent. The fear is uncontrollable. The parts I remembered always are fresh in my mind. Even after 17 years I remember It clearly. This is what happened...
I was 16, I came home from playing basketball with a few of my friends around 12:30 am. My whole family was on a cruise so I had the house to myself. I ate, took a shower then went into my bedroom. I got into my bed and was sitting with my back against the wall. All of a sudden my bed started shaking. Eventualy it was basically jumping around only having. One foot on the floor at a time. This lasted for about 15-20 seconds then just stopped. To be honest I was really scared at this point. I thought it was just a ghost even though I dont really believe in them. about 10-15 seconds after my bed stopped shaking I turned to my right and saw two aliens stairing thru my window. My bedroom was on the second floor. outside my window their was a roof for the first floor deck. That is what they were standing on. They were about 3 1/2 tall. one was about 3"-4" taller than the other. When I first turned to look at them I immediately locked on to the ones eyes. I looked at them for only about 15 seconds. Then I turned to my left and looked at my bedroom door which was closed. The bottom of my door was a little too short so their was a gap at the bottom. I had left my hallway light on so light was coming thru the bottom. I saw two pairs of legs step to my door and just stand there. My reaction was to throw my blankets over my head. I remember being under the blanked for about 20 seconds. The next thing I remember is waking up in my livingroom the next morning. Two days after I thought I saw a shooting star. I watched it come across the sky. Then it stopped right above me in the middle of the sky and stayed there for 30-40 seconds. It was far away. Then in a blink of an eye it shot across the other half of the sky.
After the abduction I felt a burning sensation in the shower. At the very bottom of by back. Right at my butt. There was a something there I would pick at it would burn like crazy when soap would hit it. I never ever even though about what it was from. I started looking for help with abduction online about two years ago. I came across a women who had the same story about the scar and burning sensation. She said her tailbone was removed. I was absolutly shocked to read that. My girlfrend felt around and said my tailbone was not there. I felt hers then mine. I have do definitive proof of that being connected with the abduction or if I ever had a tailbone.I havent had health insurance in a while and when I do this is something I would like to look into. Also right after the abduction I had severe constipation. I lost my job because of so many doctors appointments. I missed school. I didnt go to the bathroom for about two months. Once again Im not sure if its connected to the abduction but I always wondered.
In 2005 I woke up in the middle of the night with me already sitting up in my bed with a can of soda opened, upside down in my hand. It was pouring all over me and my bed. I was completely paralized and could not move till the can of soda was empty. I dont know how or why that happened but I always felt it was abduction related.
When I was a kid I always had dreams about fleets of ufos outside my window. I had that dream most of my childhood. I often have sleep paralysis but not sure if it has anything to do with this.
Im telling you my story now because I feel like Im at my breaking point. This effects every aspect of my life. I cant even walk in my own house without looking over my shoulder or hesitating to walk into a room. I always feel like they are right around the corner, or close, or listening. Its not a good way to live. Im confident Ive been abducted more than once. I only remember one time but am almost sure its happened over and over. And If im wrong about that then I was only abducted once and it messed me up big time.
2 years ago when I started looking into help I would join forums. Everyone would tell me to pray and to give myself to god. That really pissed me off. So I started looking into contacting experts. I found a lady Kathleen Marden. We emailed for a while and eventually spoke on the phone.
She was helpful because I never talked to anyone indepth like that before. She suggested I might have post traumatic stress dissorder. I dont know. What I do know is that I dont want to live the rest of my life like this. Im jealous of people who can just go to sleep because they are tired and not fight it every night. Or not being scared every day. I thought about sending mufon my story before but was scared. I felt like I already knew too much of my abduction and didnt want to dig deeper. Psychic-scam defendant gets 4 years in prison and ordered to repay $2.2 million
A top lieutenant in a far-flung and lucrative fortune-telling business on Monday was sentenced to nearly four years in prison and ordered to pay $2.2 million restitution to her victims.
Her attorney tried to persuade U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth Marra that 44-year-old Nancy Marks deserved leniency. As member of the Romany culture, where women have worked as psychics for centuries, she didn’t know what she was doing was wrong, said attorney Michael Gottlieb.
Federal prosecutors countered that Marks, like her mother-in-law, family matriarch Rose Marks, chose her victims carefully. They targeted those who had recently suffered devastating losses and milked them for hundreds of thousands of dollars, said prosecutor Roger Stefin.
Nancy Marks’ sentence signals that Rose Marks, 62, is likely to be sent to prison for a long time and ordered to pay a large amount in restitution — likely at least $17.8 million — when she is sentenced March 3, lawyers for both sides said. She has been in federal custody since she was convicted in September of 14 charges in connection with the operation that lured victims from storefronts in New York City and Fort Lauderdale.
“They would make people think they were helping them when they were going through these crises when all they were trying to do was extracting money from them regardless of their emotional or mental health,” he said.
Unlike Rose Marks, who fleeced best-selling romance novelist Jude Deveraux out of an estimated $20 million, Nancy Marks didn’t have a “big score,” Stefin said, but her 10 victims still bear emotional and financial scars of her trickery.
Nancy Marks received the harshest punishment of the seven family members who have been sentenced for their role in what prosecutors say was a $25 million scheme. Further, it is the first time restitution has been ordered.
Marra also ordered Nancy Marks’ husband, Ricky, to pay $570,000 in restitution and her daughter, Vivian, to pay $189,000. Rose Marks’ son, Michael, was ordered to pay $394,000 to the victims.
Restitution orders are pending for other family members and one, Cynthia Miller, also awaits sentencing. Miller is Rose Marks’ other daughter-in-law. - PalmBeachPost
