Unedited: It started with my friends and I wanting to try out something new, so we bought and tried out a device called a Shakti God Helmet. Our intention was to learn about altered states of consciousness by going into them using the device and how to better access them using the device. At first a few of my friends tried it out and said they had some interesting experiences but nothing too strange. However, one of my friends said they had met an alien being they called a "Pleibian" that resembled a human but Elf like in the ears with long hair. Just before I sent this message I also emailed my friend about the environment they were in when they were in the altered state and I was told this by my friend:
"I just remember that their attire looked robed, and was really fancy. Also, their technology was very advanced. The place I remember being in was very bright and mechanical, like a ship. I think the walls were golden, but Im not sure."
However, when I first heard the message about the "Pleibians" I didn't think too much about it as my friend has had somewhat weird stuff happen to them since high school but nothing truly provable and I didn't think too much on it back then. A couple weeks later though, we returned to Drexel University to try the experiment again (which is the place we used the device in secret both times) and my friend suddenly got this compulsion to write on a chalkboard in the room we were in. My friend started writing what looked like an alien hieroglyphic on the chalkboard while having no control over thier body and didn't respond when I talked to them. After they finished and seemed very confused as to what was going on we suspected it was likely the "Pleibians" taking control of my friends body and making them write that on the board. I took two pictures of the two sides of the chalkboard and attached it to this email from my old phone. After checking my phone the pictures were taken on: 6/6/11 at 7:17pm.
Just about a week before 10/25/2013 however, I was googling Edgar Cayce and saw an article about an alien race called Pleiadians which reminded me of the experience my friend had of aliens with a similar name. I googled images that people had on the beings and sent an image that I found online to my friend of the alien race and was told that they were the very same race of beings that my friend saw that day in the altered state.
Realizing that this alien message could be legitimate proof of an alien encounter I decided to send this message to MUFON with the pictures of the hieroglyphs I took that day and the picture I googled with a request that someone might be able to help us find someone who could decode this message so my friends and I can know just what this all means? - MUFON CMS

Man arrested for building 'death ray'
A Galway man has been indicted on federal charges of plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction.
Glendon Scott Crawford, 49, was arrested in June along with Eric J. Feight, 54, of Hudson after an FBI task force said the men conspired to sell a homemade radiation weapon to Jewish groups or a southern branch of the Ku Klux Klan.
A federal grand jury in Albany handed up a three-count felony indictment Thursday charging Crawford with attempting to produce and use a radiological device, conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction and distribution of information relating to weapons of mass destruction.
Both men have been in jail since their arrests.
Feight, whose alleged role was to design and build an electronic triggering device so the weapon could be activated from a distance, has not been indicted but remains charged under a federal complaint. He is negotiating a plea agreement with the Justice Department, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Crawford, who worked as a General Electric Co. industrial mechanic, and Feight, a computer software expert, are accused of designing and trying to operate a vehicle-mounted radiation device that was intended to be remotely controlled and capable of aiming a high-energy lethal beam of radioactivity at humans. The concept was that victims would mysteriously die from radiation poisoning within days.
Crawford and Feight are acquaintances who over the course of a year devised a plan to sell the weapon to a terrorist organization, according to the FBI. Crawford's role was to design and build the radiation device and its power supply, according to a federal complaint.
The men, both married, were initially charged with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists for use of a weapon of mass destruction and face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
They never actually obtained a radiation source and the device was not fully constructed, officials said.
The complaint says the FBI's investigation began in April 2012. At that time, Crawford went to a Schenectady synagogue, Congregation Gates of Heaven, and "asked to speak with a person who might be willing to help him with a type of technology that could be used by Israel to defeat its enemies, specifically, by killing Israel's enemies while they slept."
Later that day, Crawford telephoned an Albany Jewish organization, using his cellphone, and made a similar offer, the complaint states. An FBI agent's affidavit indicates that an official with the synagogue contacted police, who relayed the information to the FBI. The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force in Albany launched an investigation.
It took the FBI less than a month to get informants and an undercover agent close to Crawford. Beginning in May 2012, the FBI began recording conversations between Crawford and the undercover sources. In December 2012, after Feight had been enlisted in the plot by Crawford, the FBI obtained a search warrant that enabled agents to monitor Crawford's and Feight's cellphone calls, emails and text messages, according to the complaint.
Crawford was listed on several websites as a member of Americans Demanding Liberty and Freedom, a Galway-based tea party group.
An FBI affidavit indicates as many as eight unidentified people may have been assisting Crawford, including a fellow GE employee described as "Person C." The complaint implies that some of those individuals may have known at least elements of what Crawford was trying to do, but no one else has been charged in the case.
The suspects had successfully tested the remote triggering system that could work from a little less than a half-mile away from the weapon, the complaint states. Last June, they planned to have a dinner where Crawford would be provided with the radiation system, which was not finished. When the men were meeting, the FBI was monitoring their activities, including using undercover informants who posed as members of a South Carolina Ku Klux Klan group interested in purchasing the device and financing the project. - TimesUnion

Dolphins Are 10 Times Stronger Than Human Athletes
Dolphins routinely produce 10 times more power than the fittest human athletes do, concludes a new study on the herculean marine mammals.
The discovery helps to explain why dolphins seem to swim with ease next to boats propelled by powerful engines. At first scientists thought dolphins always benefited from some kind of fluid-flow trickery, but now we know the truth: Dolphins are ultra strong.
The study is published in the latest issue of the Journal of Experimental Biology.
Lead author Frank Fish (that’s his real name!) is a talented researcher whose work I’ve covered before. He heads up the Liquid Life Laboratory at West Chester University, where he’s also a professor of biology.
Prior to the study, Fish and his team had a clear goal in mind. “Let’s see how much power a dolphin can produce,” Fish said in a press release.
“So,” he continued, “I used some hydrodynamics models that looked at the motion of the flukes (dolphin tails) and came up with the realization that dolphins could produce very high amounts of power.”
But that was all just theoretical.
He and his colleagues tried out something very unexpected. They used a technique designed to measure the muscle power of Olympic athletes on dolphins.
To do this, Fish and colleagues Timothy Wei, Terrie Williams and Paul Williams studied a pair of dolphins named Primo and Puka. With a SCUBA tank of compressed air and a garden soaker hose, the researchers produced a curtain of bubbles at UCSC’s Long Marine Laboratory.
Filming the marine mammals as they swam along the length of the bubble curtain, the team could clearly see the vortices set spinning by the dolphins’ flukes demarcating the powerful jet of water propelled backward as the animals surged forward. Calculations based on the measurements of these vortices reveal how much power a swimmer is producing.
“We were in this concrete underwater viewing area,” Fish recalled. “It was cold and damp, but you would get really excited and forget about that as you saw the animal go past and you’d see the vortices come out so nicely.”
In the confines of the experiment area, the dolphins cruised by at just over 3.4 meters (a little over 11 feet) per second. While doing so, they produced an impressive 549 watts.
We usually think of watts in terms of light bulbs, but a watt, indicated with the “W” symbol, is an overall measure of power.
When the dolphins accelerated, they generated a surprising 5,400 W, making them 10 times more powerful than the fittest human athletes.
Fish next hopes to try the power measurement method on even larger animals. - Discovery
