OK...lets face the facts
There are a lot of people in the Bigfoot community who are insisting that the genome study conducted by Dr. Melba Ketchum must be peer-reviewed before the findings can be accepted. Folks...it's most likely that will not happen. These same dogmatic scientists, who have dismissed the existence of Bigfoot, are probably not going to admit that this being is half-human or otherwise. As well, the arbitrary Bigfoot researchers and enthusiasts, who have dismissed the theory that Bigfoot has a supernatural and/or non-terrestrial connection, are probably not going to admit to that either. So where does that leave us? If we continue to ignore the precursors of discovery and refuse to be open-minded to ideology, then we may have ceased as an adapting and developing species...Lon

‘BIGFOOT’ DNA SEQUENCED IN UPCOMING GENETICS STUDY
Five-Year Genome Study Yields Evidence of Homo sapiens/Unknown Hominin Hybrid Species in North America
Contact: Robin Lynne, media@dnadiagnostics.com, 231.622.5362
DALLAS, Nov. 24--A team of scientists can verify that their 5-year long DNA study, currently under peer-review, confirms the existence of a novel hominin hybrid species, commonly called “Bigfoot” or “Sasquatch,” living in North America. Researchers’ extensive DNA sequencing suggests that the legendary Sasquatch is a human relative that arose approximately 15,000 years ago as a hybrid cross of modern Homo sapiens with an unknown primate species.
The study was conducted by a team of experts in genetics, forensics, imaging and pathology, led by Dr. Melba S. Ketchum of Nacogdoches, TX. In response to recent interest in the study, Dr. Ketchum can confirm that her team has sequenced 3 complete Sasquatch nuclear genomes and determined the species is a human hybrid:
“Our study has sequenced 20 whole mitochondrial genomes and utilized next generation sequencing to obtain 3 whole nuclear genomes from purported Sasquatch samples. The genome sequencing shows that Sasquatch mtDNA is identical to modern Homo sapiens, but Sasquatch nuDNA is a novel, unknown hominin related to Homo sapiens and other primate species. Our data indicate that the North American Sasquatch is a hybrid species, the result of males of an unknown hominin species crossing with female Homo sapiens.
Hominins are members of the taxonomic grouping Hominini, which includes all members of the genus Homo. Genetic testing has already ruled out Homo neanderthalis and the Denisova hominin as contributors to Sasquatch mtDNA or nuDNA. “The male progenitor that contributed the unknown sequence to this hybrid is unique as its DNA is more distantly removed from humans than other recently discovered hominins like the Denisovan individual,” explains Ketchum.
“Sasquatch nuclear DNA is incredibly novel and not at all what we had expected. While it has human nuclear DNA within its genome, there are also distinctly non-human, non-archaic hominin, and non-ape sequences. We describe it as a mosaic of human and novel non-human sequence. Further study is needed and is ongoing to better characterize and understand Sasquatch nuclear DNA.”
Ketchum is a veterinarian whose professional experience includes 27 years of research in genetics, including forensics. Early in her career she also practiced veterinary medicine, and she has previously been published as a participant in mapping the equine genome. She began testing the DNA of purported Sasquatch hair samples 5 years ago.
Ketchum calls on public officials and law enforcement to immediately recognize the Sasquatch as an indigenous people:
“Genetically, the Sasquatch are a human hybrid with unambiguously modern human maternal ancestry. Government at all levels must recognize them as an indigenous people and immediately protect their human and Constitutional rights against those who would see in their physical and cultural differences a ‘license’ to hunt, trap, or kill them.”

Weird: Missing Toddler Found On Sandbar In River
A 21-month-old-boy who was missing for more than 24 hours was found Saturday afternoon.
Rescue crews found the boy about two miles from his home, laying on a sandbar in the middle of the Tyger River.
Authorities said the boy was cold after being out all night, but appeared to be in good health. The boy was flown to Spartanburg Regional Hospital to be checked out.
The child's mother, Brittany Burton, repeatedly said, "Thank you, Jesus" as she headed to a car to be taken to the hospital to see her son.
His grandmother, Armenda Vinson, thanked people involved with the rescue.
"Thanks to God and thanks to this team out here that helped find my grandbaby, and I sure do appreciate it," Vinson said.
Sheriff Chuck Wright said it was a miracle that the boy was found alive.
"We prayed and prayed and prayed, and God directed us to where we needed to be," Wright said.
Deputies said Burton wandered away from a home on East Blackstock Road in the Enoree area about 1:30 p.m. Friday. - WYFF 4

Weird War: Strange Stories of the Military
by Scott Corrales - Comic book aficionados who grew up in the 1970s may remember – if only dimly – a particular comic book that stood out from the rest because of the nature of the stories it presented. Military adventures featuring Sergeant Fury (Marvel Comics) and Sergeant Rock (DC Comics) eventually shared rack space with Weird War, a title with paranormal overtones that managed to hold its own against the more established offerings, delighting and terrifying readers with tales of hapless soldiers confronting ghosts, zombies and sinister figures from other times and places. Weird War owed its success, to a certain extent, to early ‘60s offerings such as Haunted Tank.
But what the writers and illustrators of these works didn’t know, or most likely were not aware of, is the volume of high strangeness that has affected fighting men and women from various countries over time – situations and circumstances that would perhaps have strained the most devoted reader of Weird War and other publications – and which has been overlooked by the no-nonsense nature of the world’s militaries. Japan's new first lady says she rode UFO to Venus
"While my body was asleep, I think my soul rode on a triangular-shaped UFO and went to Venus," Miyuki Hatoyama, the wife of premier-in-waiting Yukio Hatoyama, wrote in a book published last year.
"It was a very beautiful place and it was really green."
Yukio Hatoyama is due to be voted in as premier on September 16 following his party's crushing election victory over the long-ruling Liberal Democratic Party on Sunday.
Miyuki, 66, described the extraterrestrial experience, which she said took place some 20 years ago, in a book entitled "Very Strange Things I've Encountered."
When she awoke, Japan's next first lady wrote, she told her now ex-husband that she had just been to Venus.
He advised her that it was probably just a dream.
"My current husband has a different way of thinking," she wrote. "He would surely say 'Oh, that's great'."
Yukio Hatoyama, 62, the rich grandson of a former prime minister, was once nicknamed "the alien" for his prominent eyes.
Miyuki, also known for her culinary skills, spent six years acting in the Takarazuka Revue, an all-female musical theatre group.
She met the U.S.-educated Yukio while living in America. - Sowetan Live

The Real Reason the Aliens Probe Us: They Don’t Like Us
Back in the 1990s I had a couple of UFO afficionados on my program, a couple of folks who had been on another show, and so I was looking forward to having them on my show. I have to tell you at this point that there were two of them, a man and a woman.
In preparation for the show, the woman had loaned me a book about UFO abductions and the horrific experiences that so many “guests” on board these vehicles often undergo at the hands of those who snatch up from . . . well, wherever they might be at night.
Just before the show, I joked that where was Billy Jack when you really need him him, and she looked at me and said that those who had been taken aboard UFOs (known as “xperiencers”) just looked on the positive aspects of their time aboard the interstellar torture torture chambers, and didn’t bear any ill will towards the alien beings.
I’ll leave it to you to make any Earthly comparisons you may wish, but you aren’t alone.
Experiencing the gruesome aspects of suddenly being being grabbed up and taken up and having foul things done to you by naked aliens who don’t even seem to enjoy what they are doing leaves only two explanations, I think, given that the same “experiments” have been conducted many (hundreds? Thousands?) of times over the years:
They are a science class.
Or:
They just don’t like us.
I sort of favor that explanation myself, given the facts that there probably isn’t much left to learn after all these years. And surely computer modeling would give them any answers they need about the human body; we haven’t changed all that much.
No, Galactic Reader, they are getting their jollies by being the bullies of the solar neighborhood, and we should treat them accordingly. - ArkTimes
